BOSTON (AP) — Boston Faculty says its males’s and ladies’s swimming and diving program has been positioned on indefinite suspension after college directors decided hazing had taken place throughout the program.

The college launched a one-paragraph assertion on Wednesday and didn’t present any additional data.

“The College doesn’t — and won’t — tolerate hazing in any kind,” the assertion stated. “Through the suspension, all Swimming and Diving student-athletes will proceed to have entry to educational and medical sources supplied to all Boston Faculty student-athletes.”

The college’s motion comes three months after Katey Stone, the longtime girls’s hockey coach at close by Harvard, retired amid allegations by gamers that she engaged in abuses and different misconduct throughout her practically 30-year tenure.
